CUBEC is an evolving research centre aspiring to bring together collaborators, scientists, postdoctoral scientists, PhD-students as well as technical and administrative staff to work on fields like macroecology, biogeography, evolutionary biology, ecology, population biology, climate change research, conservation biology.
 

CUBEC intends to conduct high profile research on patterns and process shaping life on earth. Through an extensive national and international research collaborations,the ultimate goal of the center would be to address and assist human society on tackling issues to

• Avert the worldwide extinction of the flora and fauna

• Envisage the effect of global climate change on biodiversity.

 

The Center aims to advance the knowledge and practice of modern evidence-based management and lend itself to contributions in research, teaching, and service.  The Center also is interested in educating Indian citizens as to how they can play a role in supporting sustainable development (SDG) in their lives,  careers, and wider life choices where best sustainable practices are shared and action plans are implemented in the national context.
