Language: All abstracts must be submitted in English.

Eligibility: Submissions are encouraged from undergraduate and graduate students, early career researchers, and practitioners. Only one abstract per person is allowed.

​

Originality: Abstracts must be original and unpublished. If the abstract has been published or presented previously, please mention it at the appropriate place.

​

Title: The title should not exceed 20 characters (including spaces). It should be short, meaningful, and engaging.

​

Author Information: Include the names, affiliations, complete postal addresses, and working email IDs of all authors, kindly mention the sequence of author and corresponding author.

​

Abstract Formatting Instructions:

• Font and Size:

  • Use Times New Roman.

  • Title: Font size 14.

  • Abstract Body: Font size 12.

• Length:

  • It should be limited to a single paragraph with maximum 150 words.

• Content Restrictions:

  • Do not include references, figures, or tables.

 

Key Words: 4-5 key word relevent to the area of research/study needs to be mentioned in bold below the abstract.

Sub-theme: Specify which sub-theme of the symposium the abstract addresses. 

​

Submission: The presenting author should submit the abstract. The presenting/submitting author does not need to be the first author. 

​

Review Process: All submissions will undergo evaluation by an expert committee. The committee holds the authority to determine the acceptance of each submission and to decide if it will be presented orally or as a poster.
