Who can participate?
The symposium is designed for students pursuing B.Sc/M.Sc/PhD in sciences, law, forensic professionals medico-legal experts, forest officers, advocates, wildlife researchers from biological, environmental, ecology, and forensic science backgrounds as well as those from conservation management organizations.
An important part of the two-day programme are the workshops in varying areas of wildlife forensics. The symposium aims to offer a platform for diverse enthusiasts with high quality talks and workshops covering different aspects of wildlife conservation, crime and prevention. Other events offered include plenary talks by researchers and practitioners, exhibits by conservation NGOs and agencies, interesting competitions - photography, short film making and poster making designed to give participants the opportunity to make new contacts in their disciplines of interest.
